Eso Skyshards Addon Not Working, my SkyShards Addon is not working, as in it is not showing on the map.

All the libs it depends on work, I have installed it manually twice now and Since a few weeks, the addon "SkyShards" is no more working for me. I'm getting it from minion and esoui but can't seem to get it to work, is there an updated version Currently tried to get back into ESO after some time, and started a new character.
