Gta v stuck at 40 fps. I've looked online for fixes but couldn't find any. GTA V is at this point a mind-blowing game, but a lot of people are alway EDIT, SOLVED IT: i solved it (silly me). I think that's an fps lock but i can't fix it. If someone help with this issue it'll make my day. I don’t think i lack any power. Is this frame pacing or something, should I set it to 45fps? It's not even choppy, it just looks like it's running at 25fps or something, it doesn't look right. TL;DR: i modded the game to its breaking point and now it's acting up. Any Ideas? My specs are listed below: Ryzen 1600 Sep 1, 2019 · I have a gtx 1060 3gb and a i7-7700. but for anyone else that runs into this issue this was the solution: press shift+enter in gta V and you can disable vsync and fps lock in the menu that pops up.
